“Border”

What is border mean to me? On my perception, border is something that separated two objects. It maybe considers a wall or a line or something else. In my childhood experience, there are border between ethnic in my country. It’s hard for five years old to understand why she cannot make friend with “others”. Today society, there are border everywhere! isn’t it sound scary…I always wonder is the border protect you or hinder you from outside border?

Sounds like you have first hand knowledge of several kinds of borders. Nice insights! Could you relate to the authors, Anzaldua and Gomez-Pena?

I am sorry that your country is that way. Here we have borders, that is good. But if you still want to go visit the other side you need a passport now. If we did’nt have these borders between the United States and Mexico, we would be in alot of trouble.
